THE SKIN I'M IN: Breaking Beauty Barriers is a social portrait series inspired by the photographer’s own journey with chronic and severe eczema. This creative project highlights individuals with visible skin differences such as scars, vitiligo, eczema, burns, keloids, alopecia, rare skin conditions, and more. Through empowering, editorial-style photography, the series celebrates real skin, real people, and real stories, challenging conventional beauty standards and shifting the lens on visibility. Selected participants will be photographed in our Queens, NY studio and have the opportunity to share their story as part of an upcoming series and potential exhibition. This is a volunteer-based creative project, and all chosen participants will receive a free gallery of professionally edited portraits.

* Only Selected models will be notified by email.

*Shoots begin around July/August 2025. Confirmed dates to be determined.
